Visitors to the University of Sheffield

Arriving by car

Car parking around the University campus is severely limited, and by permit only, so those coming by car are strongly advised to make use of one of the excellent and inexpensive Supertram Park and Ride Schemes operating from Middlewood Park, Meadowhall Interchange and Nunnery Square.

The Supertram stop is on Upper Hanover Street and is called ‘University of Sheffield’. Further details can be found on the University web site at:

Arriving by rail

From the railway station, there are frequent Supertrams (platform 6B) and regular buses (no. 60) to the University
